  4. Return Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect its condition within 3-5 business days. If the item meets the return conditions, we will process the refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days, though the exact time may vary depending on your payment method.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective item).
  • For returns or exchanges, we will charge an $8 restocking fee per order.

Exchanges

  • If you would like to exchange an item, please specify your exchange request when you request the return. We will arrange the exchange once we receive and confirm the returned item meets the exchange conditions.
